He is no stranger to the arcane knowledge of music with which he became connected at the age of 10 when he got his first guitar. He has been honing his pedagogical competencies for 25 year while teaching in various age groups, among others, within the framework of classes carried out in care and education centers, private schools and community centers. Owing to long years of mastering the instrument he has developed sensitivity to harmony which he expresses not only through connecting sounds but also through neutralizing cultural dissonances among the youngest parts of our society. This was confirmed by his involvement in work with the pupils of kids shelter recently named Center for Child's Care in Szczecin.

In the shelter he gained unique pedagogical experience, tuning the youngest minds so that they could express themselves through music. Years of didactic work resulted in an original teaching method which combines expectations with reinforcements thanks to which his adepts become more and more satisfied with their progress and persevere in their development.

She has been into scouting since she was 7. She has learnt self-reliance, team work and responsibility for leading the group there. Among other things, she coordinated the operation of "To Have Equal Opportunity" clubhouse for two years. Over the course of 10 years she organized ,,Dziecioland” Children's Day. She worked in Science and Arts Academy where she taught speed reading, mnemonic techniques, believing in oneself and one’s skills to both kids and adults. She also supported the youth while conducting
classes in Polish Association for People with Intellectual Disability in its Szczecin branch. She worked for the Foundation for People with Muscle Atrophy in Szczecin as well.

She is a graduate of postgraduate MBA studies on human resources management at Poznan School of Banking. She graduated from the University of Szczecin (Political marketing and Psychosocial counseling) as well as from the MATRIK School of Coaches of the Consultants and Management Coaches Association and West Pomeranian Business School. Karolina is a certified consultant / coach of the study of personality using JungianType Index – JTI, Insights Discovery tools as well as Facet5 psychometric tool.

Privately she is a mum of two sons.

In her free time she roller skates, cycles and rows dragon boats. Her other passions are travelling and sailing.
